Started tearing this apart today. Cleaned out and regreased the gearboxes. They seem to work fine. 19T. All the switches tested out ok. I can't find anything wrong electrically.

Ordered some replacement parts today. The wheels are completely worn down, trying a new hood, roll bar.

The thing was incredibly dirty. Must have been kept outside for the majority of it's life.

Pretty faded... I didn't realize it used to be red until I took it apart.

So, I'm thinking black and orange. Not set on a pattern yet.

Obviously there will be leds in the headlights and rollbar. I'll probably go 12v with 6v nos.

Pay no attention to the naked barbie in the above picture.

I have the same powerwheels that I am tearing down as well. I have fully stripped it, but nothing done with the electrical stuff yet. I cleaned out about 3 pounds of mud.

Plans for mine to be 4 wd, LEDs for all lights, brake pedal, winch. Not sure on color yet.

It is imperative that we lead from the front--even if we are stumbling.
