i have noticed on this site that the amount off members(2284) compared to the number off active members(what maybe 40-60)

Hi Guys---
My boys have outgrown my project before I even got around to finishing it I would love to find someone who could appreciate it as it is a FUN Ride!
I have a Peg Perego 12V Ranger GT Jeep. It has been garage kept, and is near AMAZING condition (even the seatbelts look new!). My husband installed the upgraded wiring (ala the recall from PegPerego)so it is safe and sound. The only thing keeping it from running perfectly is it needs a new motor/gearbox---But do not fret...because I purchased not one, but TWO from Peg Perego (don't ask!!!$$$$) and then did not have a chance to install it before (poof!) my boys got too big. So now they have the Peg Perego John Deere tractor and help me do yard work.
I'd love to find the jeep a home (all reasonable offers will be considered )---and I know my husband would love to have his garage space back. I'm located in the Bradenton area.

| Anybody in Brevard County? It's on the east coast of FL, smack dab in the middle of Jax and Miamah. I have yet to see anybody with the same power wheels as my son. He was only 2 when we got him the Backyardigans 6v Go Kart. Very simple. Push button on steering wheel to go. No hi/lo power, no reverse. But he would wear his thumb out after a few minutes. I'm in the process of cutting a hole in the back for another 6v batt. and I'm making a pedal for his right foot instead of the lousy button. Might get brave and add a hi/lo switch and/or reverse. The car is tiny so it should really zip around on 12v. I'll try and get pictures eventually. |

| Ok, the dual 6v batteries and pedal additions are done. I gotta say, it's not as much faster on 12v as I thought it would be, although anything more than a crawl is an improvement. I'll try and get some pics of the pedal. It turned out better than I thought! |

Yall should just call this the south of I 10 club.
I think one reas on their are so many inactive members on this site is the fact that it is stated in the read this read this before posting section, to read all posts thoroughly before posting questions, becuase youre questions have most likely already been answered somewhere.
I think it is a good forum I have pulled in alot of information from everyones post. and I appreciate all the Info I get

| sweet umm anyone in the jacksonville area willing to help me out ill join the club as soon as i can get 1 of the 2 pw's i just got...i got them without chargers do i did the mods to keep stock batts and plugs as well as hook up to the maintainer...i let the dodge chargers single 12v batt charge for about an hour and then hooked it up to test and see if the thing even runs but i got nothing key on off pedal on off forward in lo(the lockout for high was still in place when i got it) and reverse and even the sound buttons....idk how long the car sat in the storage unit i picked it up from but as of now i got the batt back on the charger hoping that it just didnt get charged enough...i am free on the weekends but id really like to have this car running for easter and if not by then by april 10th....i will have to test the harley and see if anything is wrong with it... |
Faster? No baby the battery has a full charge this time... |

| so how's everybody doing today? I'm said to post that i'll be moving out of florida in july and only have room to take 3 powerwheels with me. I was wondering if anybody would be interested in 2 jeeps and a ready set go kart. I think the motors workon all of them. and all the plastics are there. |

Hey guys Im new to the power wheel modding but have been doing it to my cars for years. I just got my son the 2010 camaro and though i can do all the paint mods and strips etc. i was wondering if there was anyone in brevard county that wouldnt mind giving me some pointers in installing some head and brake lights also upgrading to the 18v.
