Hello -

I'm in endlesssphere and modifiedelectricscooters, and I've been playing with modifying some scooters to learn about them before I make trikes for the kids.

I bought the inventory of a closed-up scooter shop in the summer, and have tons of parts.

I've made a 4-motored and a 3-motored hack so far that the kids ride most days. I'm trying to get a feeling for electric gearing and battery capacity and torque and speed

Youngest (seven yesterday) needed a 4-wheeler first, so I picked up a ratty PowerWheels Jeep on friday. I have infinite free SLA (and NiCad) batteries from work, so I put in 4X12V, in two strings of 24V.

No problems so far, and it is much quicker than it was! Serious wheelies on gravel - she broke off the rear bumper Saturday.

I found this site, and I think I can learn and contribute for a bit.
