I have (2) 19 tooth motors, and one 16 tooth motor, not sure if that is what you are looking for.

Any chance you have a PC board for the PW Kawasaki Quad? I wanted to get an extra one to have on hand.

Thank you!

Unsure what the Hurricane I just know the diameter of the gear on the motor is smaller than the 19t Motot Gear

I'm pretty sure the Hurricaine stock was 13T - but the new ones have a new 13T gearbox and motor combo that aren't the same as the old ones.
I don't know what is different though.

That sucks I guess I'm going to have to brake down and take it to the Power wheels service center in town and have then replace the motor unless some one can tell me how to remove the gear off the motor. IF i can do that I can take one of the many motors I have and swap it. Any one?

I think it is almost impossible to get the gear (pinion) off of the stock motor on the newer Power Wheels. Your best bet is to find a motor with the proper number of teeth on it. Personally I would tell you this is a great time to buy 2 HPI GT550 motors and upgrade your Hurricane so it is much faster. You can find those motors for about $14 each (sometimes even a few bucks less!). You will also need to purchase 2 pinions which are usually $3 or $4 each, quick and easy to do and does not require a PW service center!!!!!

What is it about the stock motor on newer Power Wheels that makes it so difficult?

I don't know what they do to secure it to the shaft, but there is nothing I could do to get that pinion to budge off of there. The shaft of the motor actually started to slightly pull out of the back of the motor, I ended up bending the shaft and junked the old motor.

They press the pinion on and the oversize the remaining shaft so that it doesnt slide off. Grind the end of the shaft off flush with the pinion and then use a press or punch and vice to take it off.

The only reason I wanted to remove the pinion from the stock motor was so I could get the plastic washers off of the motor to use on the new motor. I ended up cutting a small slit in the plastic washer so I could get it past the stock pinion.

Any R/C hobby store will have them. They are 32 pitch, and get the proper number of teeth.
