 motor blown in xtreme dune buggy		  Forum Locked

I know nothing about these machines; got the dune buggy for $20. Put $60 in a battery, and two hours later burned up a motor! What is my best bet; aftermarket or looking for a stock one? any advice?

If you want one I can sell you a good gearbox and motor for $20 shipped.

just noticed this post. Do you still have the gearbox/motor? I am on the fence whether to sell it or buy parts....
